There are 2 bedrooms on this level including one master. The second level has 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All of the bedrooms in this home have TVs. Also on this level are the laundry area and bubbly hot tub on a covered deck with views of the ocean and sound. On the top level you'll enjoy the well-furnished great room featuring 65 " LCD TV, that opens onto a spacious sundeck perfect for ocean memories. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large dining area and screened porch will keep the chefs happy. Enjoy sunsets over the sound from the king master bedroom's cozy window seat. Hello, As you are getting ready to check-in , please keep the following house rules in mind. I will text and email you the house access code a day before your check-in. PET FEE : MAX 2 dog below 60lb . $90 per stay No Smoking: We appreciate our guests who smoke doing so only outside and using the cans provided for your debris. Please help keep our home smoke free for the enjoyment of all our guests. Bed Linens are provided for your stay. Bath Towels : ONLY provided for weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day . Please plan to bring your own towels . Alternatively , you can rent for additional $150 ( set of 14 - bath towels , hand towels, wash cloth) Note: Beach towels are NOT provided . Pool: Open from Mid April to end of October . Pool heat is optional. $500 per week Absolutely no Moving furniture or Electronic equipment around . Remember to keep doors and windows closed when the heat or AC are in use. Please do not lower the thermostat below 72 degrees while using the AC. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze and stop functioning. We are on a septic system, PLEASE: no grease in the drains and do not overload the toilets with paper, use the trash for other items. Pets: This is a pet friendly property however NO Pets allowed in the property unless you have cleared with us and paid the pet fee. Please keep the fridge temperature controls at the medium setting. The units have been opened more on departure day and once you stock your warm food it may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to reach optimal cooling after your arrival. GUEST DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: TAKE OUT ALL TRASH, IF TIME ALLOWS WASH AND PUT AWAY ALL DISHES, OTHERWISE PLEASE BE SURE ALL DIRTIES ARE IN DISHWASHER AND CLEANING CYCLE STARTED.
